If you have the exercise part down, but still want to learn more about popular health, wellness, and fitness topics then join us every Wednesday over the lunch hour for our community education presentations. With topics ranging from benefits of exercise and different training styles to the effects of nutrition and sleep on overall health and performance, we promise to give you the knowledge you need to continuously improve your relationship with health and fitness. Members are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
During the COVID 19 Pandemic we have changed our format to do all presentations online.
Even though Wellness Wednesdays are not your traditional group fitness class, they will always be included in your group fitness membership. Don’t have a membership? No worries! Drop in fees are only $8.
