Angela is a physical therapist with nearly 18 years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. She has worked with people ranging in age from 2 months to 96 years of age and with a wide variety diagnoses.

She is an Astym certified provider, a Certified Manual Physical Therapist through NAIOMPT (North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists), a certified Pose Method Running specialist, a Certification in Applied Functional Science and 3D MAPS, and well trained in ACL and hip rehabilitation and Dry needling certified as FDN1..

She is able to fit custom foot orthotics, perform manipulation of the spine and joints, and works with children with torticollis.

She works with many local athletes for sports rehabilitation and specifically runners, softball/baseball players, volleyball, soccer players, dancers, and Junior Olympic gymnasts, tennis players and may other club sport athletes.

Lori Blythe - BA, PTA

Lori Blythe has 15+ years experience as a physical therapist assistant in a variety of settings (outpatient, hospital, long term care). She really enjoys the outpatient setting because it offers the opportunity to get to know patients and help them reach their health goals. She enjoys the variety of patients from infants to seniors and the different  health needs they all have. She also has a strong interest in health and wellness and is eager to meet patients where they are along their health journey. She started a weight loss program at a previous employer and started a wellness team at her church to incorporate physical and spiritual wellness. 
Her goal here at Champions Recovery Room and Physical Therapy is to help each person become a champion, whatever that may be in their life!

Diana Sisler

 Diana has a background in finance, human resources and has done many accounts when she worked for the State of Iowa.  We are excited to have her on our team to work through the billing, processing and insurance aspect of our business.  If you have questions regarding your accounts or billing please call and ask to speak to Diana.  She is happy to assist you.

Lauren Mach - PT, DPT, CMPT, ATC

Lauren graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2008 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2010. She obtained her Manual Therapy Certification in 2013 from IMPACT and has completed specialization training in Functional Movement Screens, ASTYM soft tissue mobilization, Ubran Poling, and more. With over 10 years of experience, Lauren has practiced in various orthopedics and sports medicine settings working with a wide variety of ages.
