Group exercise offers our members total body health and fitness classes geared towards helping you reach your goals in an inspiring, non imtimidating atmosphere. Group exercise classes are a great way to get your workout in without the extra stress of thinking of exercise on your own, we design it for you! Whether you’re just starting your health and fitness journey or have been involved for years, our small group exercise classes are guaranteed to provide you with the motivation, support, and accountability to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our smaller class sizes (8-10) allow us to have the time to perfect your form and maximize your results, while still allowing you to experience the camaraderie of group training.
